    Quaint Stay with Helpful Staff

Despite some initial check-in delays, I appreciated the staff's eagerness to assist. My room was well-equipped for a solo traveler, especially with the spacious shower and impressive wifi. I recommend early breakfast at the onsite restaurant for fresh pastries, perfect for starting your day.

    shower issues
    service deficiencies

absolutely dissapointed, the shower didn't even work and not all the lights were functional. I was left expecting a complimentary upgrade or a welcome gift for such inconveniences but instead got treated like just another guest. I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn't. avoid this hotel at all costs, it’s not worth it.

Friendly staff who were accommodating despite our minimal Spanish. the breakfast selection was just right for us, with lovely pastries and fresh fruit. the location is perfect for exploring the charming historic town.

The noise from the street at night was a bit disruptive, though it’s manageable with earplugs.

characterful reception area, well-maintained bathrooms, spacious showers

The noise from the street at night could be bothersome, impacting restful sleep!!! Also, check-in delays from staff could be improved for a smoother arrival experience!!! Consider enhancing maintenance of facilities to boost guest comfort!!!

    cozy room
    kid-friendly activities

Our family enjoyed the charm of this historic palace, which felt like we were sleeping in a museum. We loved that we could surf the web right from our cozy room. The staff treated us like family, ensuring all our needs were met.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

    friendly atmosphere
    historic sites
    slow check-in

Had a great time with friends, exploring the historic sites and enjoying the friendly atmosphere. The location is ideal for visiting local attractions, and we loved being able to surf the web in our cozy accommodations. Highly recommend checking out the nearby parks and enjoying a morning coffee at the bar.

Check-in took a while as staff were busy with other guests, which was frustrating after a long day of travel.

    spacious shower

It was just a good match for a brief pause in Aviles with very good value for money. I appreciated the surprising spacious shower that was perfect after a long day. If you arrive wet, be prepared for a bit of a wait at check-in.

    friendly staff
    quiet room
    low-quality breakfast
    potential noise disturbances

The hotel features a wonderful, quiet room with great free wifi. Friendly staff who genuinely care about their guests. Breakfast is reasonably priced, though it could offer higher quality items. Overall, a lovely base to explore the vibrant Old Town.
