Quirky place for a visit to Aviles with magnificent location in the centre of the old town and excellent services.

Good sized, airy room provided with the WiFi, 2 large windows. Toast, yogurt, and fruit at breakfast.

The hotel of choice in Aviles. A nice size and attractive room with big bed and safe for safety measures. Absolutely perfect location very close to main square and restaurants and Aviles' Old Town, could not be better. Also, so near to everything.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel in the historic city center. The location was perfect for exploring the charming old town, and I loved being right in the heart of it all. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their attention to detail was outstanding. The rooms were comfortable, with large beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The wifi worked well throughout the hotel, which was a great convenience. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

Great use of a very old building which has been modernised yet integrating the old. Staff extremely helpful. After checking out they very kindly allowed me to work on my laptop in the foyer/coffee bar all day. This is a hotel I would like to return to.

Is a little difficult to find, being in a street where cars are not allowed except with special permission - such as by taxis. Our taxis driver knew the hotel when we got into his car at Asturias airport.

This hotel was the perfect choice for our New Year's celebration. The staff was incredibly helpful in accommodating our holiday plans, and the location was unbeatable. We were just a short walk away from all the festivities in the heart of town, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable once we returned for the night. The breakfast was delicious and provided us with plenty of energy to explore the town during the day. The lounge areas were also a great touch - it was easy to find a cozy spot to relax and enjoy some downtime.

That we didn't book for more nights! We really enjoyed our time here and felt like we could have explored even more of the town if we had stayed longer.

Central to Aviles and within easy walking distance of new Arts Centre. Friendly staff. Decor.

Air con needs a proper investigation- it should not just be left to chance fiddling!

Charmy and Spanish atmosphere

My recent stay at a charming hotel in the heart of a historical city was a true delight. The comfortable and well-appointed rooms were a welcome respite after a long day of exploring.
